  • We’ll begin with a consultation call where I’ll determine your travel aspirations, including the destinations, experiences, and luxuries that excite you. We’ll discuss your must-haves, preferences, and any non-negotiables to ensure your trip is perfectly aligned with your vision.

  • I begin curating your itinerary based on a thorough understanding of your travel needs and wants. This includes selecting handpicked accommodations, dining experiences, and unique activities that reflect the authentic essence of each destination. Every detail is chosen to create a journey that’s as adventurous as it is luxurious.

  • Your custom itinerary is then presented to you for review. We’ll collaborate to refine the details, making adjustments until every aspect of your journey meets (and exceeds!) your expectations.

  • With your approval, I take care of all the logistics, from securing reservations to coordinating every aspect of your travel. You’ll receive a comprehensive travel dossier, including your itinerary, essential travel tips, and all necessary documents. Your only task will be packing your bags!

  • While you’re traveling, I’m just a call, text, or email away. Whether you need assistance with unexpected changes or simply have a question, I’m here to ensure your journey is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Your peace of mind is my priority.

  • This fee covers my professional expertise and insights, in-depth research, tailored itinerary design, complete booking and management services, and continuous support throughout your journey.

    For a Caribbean getaway (flights, hotel, and airport transportation), my planning fee starts at $247 for a party of four. For a European trip, the planning fee begins at $347 for a party of four.

    We’ll discuss and finalize the planning fee during your complimentary consultation call!

  • Many of my clients are surprised to learn that the cost of booking through me is generally the same as if you booked the trip yourself online. But booking sites don’t provide the same kind of value that comes from working with a certified travel consultant (aka me!). 

    All of my clients receive personalized attention, expert planning, and access to exclusive offers and experiences you won’t easily find on your own.

  • I offer pre-packaged tours if you prefer ready-made options, but my specialty lies in crafting fully customized itineraries tailored to your interests and travel style. 

    Traditional travel agencies tend to focus primarily on standard packages, but I provide that personalized touch, ensuring each trip—whether prepackaged or custom-designed—aligns with your sense of adventure, especially in Europe and the Caribbean. 

    I’m also available every step of the way with continuous support while you’re traveling! (No more waiting on hold for hours after calling yet another 1-800 number).

  • For the best possible experience, I recommend that you contact me 6-12 months before your trip, especially for complex or international itineraries. 

    I can definitely work with shorter timelines, but I require at least two weeks' notice to plan a trip. This allows enough time to secure accommodations and experiences you’ll absolutely love.

  • Travel insurance isn’t mandatory, but I highly recommend it for most trips. Without it, you could be left facing significant costs if something goes wrong! Think trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other disruptions.

    Your trip is an investment—having travel insurance provides peace of mind, knowing you’re protected against the things that are out of your control.
